Hello,
On results screen, Go to Settings> User Settings.. here "Goto the next operation to be inspected" is active, so system jumps to next operation after entering results for 2nd Operation.
You can change these settings from above screen accessed from Results recording screen and as well from Plant dependent QM settings from QCC0. Select your plant and go to "Result recording" tab and select Recording configuration as per your requirement.
Moreover you can create "Recording configuration" from QCC0>QM>Quality inspection>Result recording>Define Recording Configuration.
