I got some problem with MRP and I need you expert`s help.
I have a ROH material that is procured from vendor and it has safety stock, monthly lot size as 'MB' .
After I run MRP there are several PR have been created.
As you can see picture above, first PR is for safety stock and second one is for requirement on 2014.04.18 and third one is for requirement on 2014.05.20.
This is monthly lot size and it summarize every requirements per monthly.
I know why these PRs are created for each of requirements but I need combine all by same date.
Is there any way to possible it?
And I have additional question, Whenever I change planned delivery time MRP makes PR or planned order.
I know this is related with opening period and it seems compare it with RLT, but what exact factor let MRP makes PR or planned order?
