Good day everyone!
Can anybody help me to figure out why the available budget of an IO become negative? When I run 
I noticed that the assigned amount is higher than the budget amount that leads to available amount being negative in value. This is not normal since in the budgeting and availability control it was designed/configured that when the amount of the transactions to be posted exceeds already within the encoded budget the system give an error message and will not allow posting of transaction. This is the first time we encountered this. Please see attached screenshot for your reference.
