Hi Venkatesh,

With which user you are using to create the iView template? Please double check the role setting for the user and ensure system admin role is granted. In addtion, how you managed logon portal ? Using direct user/pwd logon or using SSO like SPNego etc ?

You need to check that the permissions for the application "...Document_Viewer_Wizard" . Could you please change the permissions in the following locations:
Goto content administrator->portal content->content provided by SAP->admin interfaces-><iView template wizard you are using> Right click on that and open-permissions. Then click on the tab "restore inheritance", so that it will inherit the permissions from the portal content. And after restoring the inheritance click on "reset child permissions" tab so that the "iview wizard" will get the right permissions.

Regards,
Herman
