First of all never repeat chain without knowing/checking error.

Whats your proces chain data flow design and

Above table name indicates PSA table name.

Have you delete PSA table?

if not then replicate your data source and activate your data source.

check at PSA, whether it holds any data or not. if not then skip psa deletion step and continue othe steps at process chain.
