Change in Date of Manufacture even the Process order is TECO & changed to REL

Hi Experts,

Could you please let me know if it is standard process that once the PO revoked from Technical completion, the date of manufacture & Basic End & start date is changed.

Or Ideally once the order is TECO then there should not be any further changes in process order.
