let me present my understanding
this policy will help us to reduce the leave quota in an organization ,am i right?
if this is the case, as our policy an employee is eligible for 30 days per year and if anyone is not using the leave , we have to carry it over to next year.instead of adding the leave to 31, can we pay the 1 day (which is added to 30) in along with his pay , so that his leave balance will not go more than 30 days.
is this is the logic in sap or something else?
